Youth Wellness plan

For patients with existing periodontal disease: Treatment requires specialized, extended care (often called “Perio Maintenance”). A small fee adjustment will apply to ensure you receive the precise, elevated level of treatment your health demands.

Wellness Membership Note:

If you need extra care for gum disease, a small additional fee may apply to cover the added services and treatment time.
